Enamel Dentistry in Leander, TX, is seeking an Experienced Lead Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant and growing team. This is not just a treatment coordinating position — it’s a comprehensive patient care and office coordination role. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, managing scheduling, aiding in office flow, handling phone calls, and ensuring patients and our team have the support they need every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead treatment coordination processes across the practice, ensuring smooth scheduling and appointment flow.

  • Oversee accurate and timely billing, insurance verification, and claims processing.

  • Manage patient scheduling for all dental services and coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and warmth.

  • Educate patients on treatment plans, financial options, and next steps with clarity and empathy.

  • Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with practice standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental front office leadership role (preferred).

  • Proven leadership and team mentorship skills.

  • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding treatment acceptance goals.

  • Proficiency in dental billing and insurance; Open Dental experience a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization.

Compensation

  • Starting at $28/hour, commensurate with experience, plus growth opportunities.
